拉克, 自发的拉克
the phase of play where rugby players from both teams contest possession of the ball on the ground, formed after a tackle
A ruck in rugby happens when the ball is on the ground, and players from both teams try to win possession by pushing over it with their feet. Players must stay on their feet and not use their hands to pick up the ball. The goal is for one team to drive the other team away from the ball while trying to get it into their own side, where they can play it. If players do not follow the rules or the ball is not available, the referee may stop play and call for a scrum.
