Every morning, I wake up at 7:00 AM. The first thing I do is turn off my alarm and get out of bed. After that, I brush my teeth and wash my face. I usually take a shower. Once I am dressed, I go to the kitchen to make breakfast. I like to eat oatmeal with fruits or sometimes eggs and toast. I drink a cup of coffee or tea. After breakfast, I usually check my emails and plan my day, especially now that many people are working from home again.
At 8:30 AM, I start my work. I have a desk in my home office where I can focus. My job is mostly online, so I attend meetings through video calls. During the day, I take short breaks to stretch and grab a snack. I often speak with my colleagues via chat or email. It is important to stay connected, especially since we are not meeting in person.
At 12:30 PM, I take a lunch break. I prepare my lunch, which is usually a salad or a sandwich. After that, I might go for a walk outside to get some fresh air. I believe it helps me think better.
In the afternoon, I continue working until about 5:00 PM. Once I finish work, I like to relax. I sometimes read a book or watch a series. On weekends, I enjoy spending time with my friends or family. We often go to the park or try new cafes. It is nice to have that balance in my life, especially during busy weeks.
